Soundtoscript is in a controlled beta. Here's what that means for your orders.
What beta means
Every part of Soundtoscript you can use today is live and processes real orders -- this isn't a demo or a waitlist. Beta means we're still a small team, still refining the product based on real usage, and asking beta clients for feedback as we do.
Response and turnaround expectations
We aim to respond to support and contact requests within one business day. Transcription turnaround depends on file length, audio quality, and current order volume; your quote shows an estimated delivery window before you pay, and we'll tell you directly if a specific order is going to run behind it.
Transcription credit terms
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME -- CONFIRM] may offer beta participants transcription credit (a reduction applied to a future order's total) as a thank-you for early feedback, at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Credit has no cash value, is tied to the account it was issued to, and any expiration or usage terms will be stated directly when the credit is issued.
