Confidentiality expectations and the NDA path for sensitive business, research, legal, or professional recordings.
Confidential handling
Client files, transcript drafts, support messages, and order records are treated as confidential operational material and are accessed only for service delivery, quality review, support, and administration.
NDA requests
Clients with sensitive business, legal, academic, or professional recordings may request an NDA review before submitting production files. Email support@soundtoscript.com with "NDA request" in the subject line and a brief description of the engagement; we will respond with our standard mutual NDA for review before any files are submitted.
Access boundaries
Worker, reviewer, and admin access is role-scoped. Internal notes and fulfillment details are not exposed in client-facing transcripts, receipts, or public pages.
Duration and survival
Confidentiality obligations for a specific engagement survive completion or cancellation of that order, and continue for the period stated in the applicable NDA where one is in place.
Governing law
This policy, and any NDA issued under it, is governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION -- CONFIRM].
