Getting started

Is the service AI-only?

No. Soundtoscript is positioned as AI-assisted and human-reviewed, so automation helps speed up the workflow while human review protects readability and quality.

Pricing and quotes

What currency will I see?

All client-facing prices, quotes, invoices, receipts, checkout amounts, and order totals are shown in USD.

How is the quote calculated?

The quote uses selected service type, deliverable options, and media duration. Supporting documents are separate context files and are not included in billing.

How long is a quote valid?

Quotes are valid for 15 minutes. The product specification currently calls for expired quotes to refresh automatically.

Uploads

What are the upload limits?

An order can include up to 20 media files totaling 3.5 GB, plus up to 20 supporting documents totaling 500 MB.

Payment

Can I pay with PayPal or Paystack?

Yes. PayPal and Paystack are planned payment paths, but the amount shown to clients remains USD regardless of provider.

Delivery

What happens after payment?

The order moves into processing after payment confirmation, and clients return to the portal for status, receipts, and completed deliverables.

Security and confidentiality

Can I upload supporting documents?

Yes. Supporting documents can provide speaker names, spellings, terminology, case notes, or project context without changing the quote total.

Still comparing options?

The quote flow is the clearest path when you know the service type and media duration.
