Media duration is rounded up to the nearest minute.
Quotes are valid for 15 minutes and may auto-refresh when expired.
PayPal and Paystack are payment options, but client-facing totals stay in USD.
Upload limits
- Media: up to 20 files and 3.5 GB total per order.
- Supporting documents: up to 20 files and 500 MB total per order.
- Accepted media examples: MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, MOV, WebM.
- Accepted supporting document examples: PDF, DOCX, TXT.
- Supporting documents help fulfillment but do not affect quote or billing totals.
