Client-facing quote totals, checkout amounts, invoices, receipts, and order totals are shown in USD. Supporting documents are not used for billing.
Captions
Caption-only deliverables use the same base rate and are available as SRT or WebVTT.
Minimum order
Very short transcription or caption orders are rounded up to the $3 minimum charge.

Quote rules
- Minimum order value is $3.00.
- Media duration is rounded up to the nearest minute.
- Quotes are valid for 15 minutes and may auto-refresh when expired.
- PayPal and Paystack are payment options, but client-facing totals stay in USD.
- Payment processing fees are absorbed by the business by default.
Upload limits
- Media: up to 20 files and 3.5 GB total per order.
- Supporting documents: up to 20 files and 500 MB total per order.
- Accepted media examples: MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, MOV, WebM.
- Accepted supporting document examples: PDF, DOCX, TXT.
- Supporting documents help fulfillment but do not affect quote or billing totals.
